Golden Home Realty Development Inc. continues its land banking in areas such as Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, and Batangas City. This is in support of its plans to expand its footprint at the growth centers outside Metro Manila.
These land acquisitions will later on be developed under its three residential brands. Affina, Ascendo and Aspira, will cater from the luxury to the affordable and socialized housing segment.
