Golden Home Realty Holds Sales General Assembly
May 26, 2022 — Golden Home Realty Development Inc. recently held a Sales General Assembly at Palazzo Antonio in Lipa, Batangas. Sellers and brokers were treated to an afternoon of sumptuous food, special raffle prizes, and exciting project updates of their upcoming master-planned development called Periveo.
Gracing the event was Golden Home Realty President Ivan Howard Guintu who reiterated the company’s commitment to both its buyers and sellers.

This was then followed by a walkthrough of Periveo’s site development plan as well as project updates led by EVP for Operations Jan Michael Legaspi. Sales promos, reminders , and new marketing tools were also discussed during the event.
The highlight of the sales assembly was the grand raffle draw where Sales Director Leo Borja Capitulo awarded lucky sellers with a cellphone and tablet equipped with Periveo’s latest 360 virtual house tours.
