Golden Home Realty launches three model houses at Periveo, Lipa City
November 19, 2022—Golden Home Realty Development Inc., unveiled the three model house units named Mira, Lana, and Erin of Periveo in Lipa City, Batangas. Simultaneous with the launch was the house models’ blessing ceremony officiated by Reverend Fr. Carlo Andrew Patricio.
Present during the event is (from left) Eric Refuerzo (EVP-Sales Operations, GHRDI), Ivan Harold Guintu (President, GHRDI), Reverend Fr. Carlo Andrew Patricio, Lipa City Mayor Eric Africa, HG-III Construction & Development Corp. Chairman Homer Guintu, Lipa City Councilors Mikee Morada, Councilor Junjun Gozos, Councilor Mike Lina, and Barangay Captain Reynaldo Icaro.

The unveiling and model houses blessing ceremony was then followed by an afternoon of sumptuous lunch and a selling event.
At present, Periveo is ongoing with its land development and has commenced with the construction of the lifestyle amenities at the one-hectare leisure hub such as the clubhouse.
